Something Inside is Broken” is a courageous story of the Nisenan Tribe of Northern California during the time of Sutter's reign on the last frontier. This dynamic non-fictional musical is based on the survival of the Nisenan tribe, which prior to the Gold Rush was California's largest thriving Tribe.
J Ross Parrelli was able to take lead as Pehipe in this play and join the tour from
Nevada, California, New Mexico, and Arizona. As well as win awards nationally and internationally, including the Nammy Award for Best Rock Opera Soundtrack.
