We’re here to get you ready for our second Annual Auburn Kidsapalooza, September 1st, 4:30-7:00, at Auburn Regional Park (ARD). In collaboration with Innervoice Media and ARD and hosted by J Ross Parrelli, we will bring sound alchemy with West Coast Modular Society,, art, games, and obstacle courses to the ARD park in a safe celebration of our children and youth in Auburn.

We will have West Coast Modular Society joining us for hands on instrumentation and sound exploration. Students will experiment with different instruments, hear new sounds, try guitars, keyboards, beat machines, and more.

Innervoice Media will bring out camera equipment and video equipment for youth to get a hands on feeling behind and in front of the camera. Youth will be collecting photos for a slideshow.

Auburn Police Department will bring APD Fit with an obstacle course and health challenge for students of all ages.

We also have Evagelista Community Relations, AUSD, Granite Wellness, and J Ross Parrelli working together to provide resources and fun activities for our youth and families of Auburn. Live music will be provided by Benwar and Friends, J Ross Parrelli, and special guests…

We got this urge to throw an event that celebrates our children. We wanted there to be art, music, and health.

So J. Ross called our local Parks and Recreations and asked if they would collaborate on this idea of a Kids fest.

We then got intouch with all our local service clubs, community businesses, and community leaders that wanted to be a part of such an event. It was like magic the way it came together. Schools participated and showed up.

Our music section was a hit-

sponsored by Innervoice Media, Westcoast Modular Society came out and brought synthesizers of all shapes, sounds, and sizes for students to interact with. Better than Us Art (BTUArts) brought an Instrument petting Zoo, with instruements of all sorts.

In our health section we had Auburn Gymnastics show up to teach tumble, Auburn Police Department brought an obstacle course bounce house. California Fit brought Indo boards. Community Family Yoga came and brought a chill section for yoga. Granite Wellness came and setup cornhole and brought info on addictions. And soooo much more.

In our art section we had Rotary club, Evangelista Community Relations, Mod Pizza, Auburn/Placer County Library, Placer Nature Center, Real Estate folks, Sage Sleepers, and soo many more.

Mod Pizza, Tango Yogurt, and Dutch bros all donated gift cards for the kids who completed their Bingo card.

So much fun.
